Time-division multiplexing (TDM) is a core voice capability in our telecommunications infrastructure. Carriers are discontinuing TDM services (ATT EOL June 2019). This initiative will complete the disconnection of TDM circuits and replace with SIP (initiative started in 2014)
The Business Analyst on this project will be responsible for a) validating call with carrier information and data, including validating numbers to port, testing numbers, verification that numbers come into the SBCs. In addition, the analyst will assist the team in completing remaining work to migration DIDs onto SIP and outbound changes to move Long Distance, Local, TFN to SIP service. This includes creation of documentation and testing of all scenarios to ensure port and disconnects are successful.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and working with technical and business teams required.
